Penny S. Logan is the Chief Operating Officer of SHC Medical Partners. She has extensive work experience in acute care settings and skilled nursing facilities, including direct patient care and nursing management. An RN since 1995, she continued her education in 2006 earning a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration and in 2008 earned her Nurse Practitioner Post Graduate Degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Western Kentucky University.

As COO, Ms. Logan focuses on building processes to streamline workflows for efficiency and minimize gaps in patient care delivery.
